Peter Castello, VP of Sales, Enterprise Applications, Rackspace
Peter is currently the VP of Sales, Enterprise Applications at Rackspace where he is responsible for business development. This starts with identifying the potential customers who could benefit from our enterprise application capabilities all the way through the entirety of the customer lifecycle. Sitting at the foremost point of the relationships with our customers and partners, Peter and his team are focused on creating value for our customers.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Peter was head of sales and marketing for TriCore (recently acquired by Rackspace). Before that, Peter spent the 3 years running Sales for Internap across the eastern half of the United States & Europe. His deep understanding of IT sales and customer relationship management has been honed over the last 20 years through prior Sales Leadership & Sales Operations roles at Microsoft, AT&T and NaviSite. This has given him the ability to assist business leaders in matching the right IT solution with their business needs.
Peter earned his MBA at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in State College, PA with a major in Actuarial Science and a minor in Mathematics. Peter makes his home in Duxbury, MA with his wife, Jennifer and their 3 children.
